The National Team and I have just finished the first three matches of the Final Qualifying Round.
Personally speaking, I cannot pretend to be completely satisfied with the results, but I am trying to stay positive and hope to move up to a higher level for the next match.
Of course, there are certain aspects of the game that I seem to be competing reasonably well, but I still want to score as many goals as possible, and I know there are things that I can work harder on.
Knowing that the team could not afford to lose a single match, I would just like to say how empowering it was to have all our supporters out there – both at home and away matches – and I remain very grateful for your support and dedication.
I am determined to keep trying harder and do my very best to live up to your expectations. So thank you very much.
Now that those 3 consecutive matches are finally over, I have some time to think about my own future.
This coming Friday 15th June, I would like to talk to you directly – to let you know my true thoughts and feelings at this very moment.
Since I will be joining adidas shortly to launch some promotional activities for Brazil, I thought this would be a good opportunity to get together with you.
Time permitting, I will also try to answer as many questions as possible.
This special program will be streamed live, and I am not sure if I can successfully convey my thoughts, but I will try to speak my mind honestly.
